I have found prayer journaling to be the number one way I can both communicate with God in a clear and full way, as well as being available to hear God speak to me. I pray everyone has a Holy Triduum. Please share below if you already prayer journal and the fruits from it OR if you are going to take up this practice. Being an empowered wife means having a close relationship with God, one that is intimate and interior. This relationship helps you to plexiglass, avoid bait, and keep your self-care tank full!
