120ml soy sauce
1/2 cup of sake(or wine)
1.5 cups of coke (300ml)
3.5 tablespoons of starch syrup

green onion salad sauce:
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
2 tbsp plum juice (or sugar)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
