Copra or KOPRAS (in Bisaya) refers to the dried coconut kernels from which coconut oil is expelled. Traditionally, the coconut kernels are sun-dried, especially for export, before the oil, also known as copra oil, is pressed out. Smoke drying is another process of Kopras. This is the actual farm of my Muslim family in Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur. Music is a Maguindanaun kulintang performance.
