It looks like this Valkyrie will become completely free very soon, for now she may hold foundation in only fire teams (Raven may underperform AE in case of a new fire support) so she'll likely retain endgame use. The developers are intentionally keeping the disturbance lower which is strange, but not unexpected. AE obviously gets better as content gets harder. Regardless, the old video was not good, and I wanted to update it.
