But when I started reading an interesting book, I realized a lot of things. I overthought life.
Once in my lifetime, actually several times, there are stories or feelings that can't tell anyone.
If you are stuck, read a novel, an essay, or a Brain Science books!
It doesn't have to be a difficult book, you can just start off with easy ones.
