This healing session uses Reiki to cleanse our aura of any residual and unwanted energies, negativity and psychic debris. As we go about our day, we often pick up these stray energies from people we interact with, places we visit and situations we are in. Without daily grounding, these energies can become stuck and create unhealthy blockages within us. This healing combines Reiki with the ancient Solfeggio frequency of 396hz to break up and release this energy in our aura.
