St. Louis has the best Chinese fried rice. Hands down no contest! Yes, I said it. You can't get it anywhere else in the country. It's just made different. It has its own distinct taste and flavor. Make sure to use the different soy sauces and rice wine is key to the flavor. Use day-old rice for the best results and fry everything in the same skillet or wok without cleaning between ingredients. It's delicious and a quick and easy meal!

Ingredients
6 cups cooked white rice - day old rice is better
3 eggs beaten
1 lb diced chicken raw
1 bunch green Onions (sliced)
1/2 Medium Onion (diced)
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine (or rice wine)
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Vegetable oil divided

Soy Sauce Mixture - Microwave for 1 minute to make thicken and make sure sugar is dissolved
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Shaoxing Wine (rice wine)
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame seed oil
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vegetable oil

House seasoning for chicken
1/2 cup seasoned salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
