In life, when things come to an end, we experience a sense of loss. We grieve over relationships that end, projects that are over, positions that were taken by someone else, missed opportunities, events that go not as we envisioned them. Not to mention grief over losing a loved one. There is a lot of grief in war. But not less on peaceful days either. There is grief both in business and personal lives.
