Assistante au programme de droit santé sexuelle et reproductive au sein "Si Jeunesse Savait".
Si jeunesse savait est une structure féministe basée à République Démocratique du Congo précisément à Kinshasa, dans la commune de Bandalungwa sur l'avenue Bavoma N° 8
Nous travaillons dans trois domaines, premièrement, il y a l'entreprenariat, deuxièmement droit santé sexuelle et reproductive, et puis troisièmement nous travaillons aussi sur la Technologie de l'information et de la communication.
Et puis par rapport à la question sur, pourquoi les droits à l'avortement font partie des droits humains, c'est parce que les droits à l'avortement se sont des droits inaliénables comme le droit à la santé, le droit à la vie, le droit à l'expression.
Suite à la deuxième question, Pourquoi les femmes doivent avoir accès aux avortements, parce que selon le protocole de Maputo dans son article 14 alinéa 2 point C, qui autorise la femme de se faire avorter d'une manière légale, ou médicalisé, dans trois cas, premièrement il y a l'insiste, deuxièmement il y a le viol, et puis troisièmement s'il s'avère aussi que la grossesse entame la santé de la mère.

We work in three areas, firstly, there is entrepreneurship, secondly, sexual and reproductive health rights, and thirdly, we also work on information and communication technology.
And then in relation to the question on why abortion rights are part of human rights, it is because abortion rights are inalienable rights like the right to health, the right to life, the right to expression.
Following the second question, why women must have access to abortions, because according to the Maputo Protocol in its article 14 paragraph 2 point C, which authorizes the woman to have an abortion in a legal way, or medicalized, in three cases, firstly there is the insistence, secondly there is the rape, and then thirdly if it turns out that the pregnancy also affects the health of the mother.
