Chicken inasal is a variant of the filipino chicken dish known as lechon manok. Commonly cooked into grillers but we made it by using cast iron pan for outdoor cooking or you can make it into your kitchen by using "kawali" frying pan, for those who don't want to use charcoal and smell the smoke.
