After the well received features video, we now have the full test video ready to go. Check out the operational features and what sort of range can be expected on this beautiful new yacht.

Welcome aboard the all-new flagship of the Neptunus lineup, the spectacular 750SL! Designed by longtime Neptunus partner Gregory C Marshall, the 750SL is an exciting combination of form and function. Probably the most noteworthy, and what give the 750 her “SL” designation, is the sky lounge. This elevated entertainment venue features what is probably the most professional helm we’ve seen in any yacht to date. It features twin leather helm seat with custom upholstery and a state-of-the-art navigation suite. Behind there’s a dinette on an elevated platform for generous sightlines to the horizon. An enclosed aft bulkhead separates the interior from the exterior and leads to a dinette with sink and storage and then a large exposed aft deck ready to accommodate an owner’s lounges. One of the most noted features of this sky lounge is that there are two access stairs, one inside and one outside. And with an enclosed helm there’s no need for another helm to take up space on the main deck.

The main deck begins with a generous aft deck with stairs to port and starboard leading to a hydraulically actuated swim platform. A curved stainless-steel framed set of glass doors leads to the salon, and it is here where Neptunus takes full advantage of the yachts massive 18’11” (5.77m) beam. A custom sofa sits to port in front of a clever coffee table made inhouse that incorporates several of the yacht’s design elements. To starboard are two freestanding chairs with electrically actuated recline functions and they’re separated by an electric fireplace. Sightlines are outstanding through the large surrounding windows. Ahead and to starboard, there’s a wine chiller in a custom-made walnut enclosure. At the front of the salon, there’s a TV in a custom piano-black cabinet eliminating the need for the “done to death” electric lift version. This can be seen from all the seats on the salon.

Forward, and up a small step, are the galley and dining areas. Fully features with the latest appliances, the galley is an owner/operator’s dream for entertaining and making either large or small meals. A center island increases storage and eases food prep. To starboard is a dinette that easily seats 8-10 guests.

A spectacular showpiece is the center-mounted companionway leading to the accommodations below. Choose from either a four stateroom/three head layout or the three stateroom/three head layout of our feature model. The companionway leads to an open foyer that is at once brightly lit and open thanks to the light pouring in from the forward windshields and the reflections off the expertly applied high-gloss finish to the walnut bulkheads.

The master is aft and, as we would expect, it is full beam. The king-sized berth is center mounted with massive hull side windows and storage credenzas to port and starboard. Neptunus has a creative and innovative design style with its hull side windows in that the framing of the opening portlight extends well into the hull both above and to the sides of the windows. In this manner, the frames form a reinforcing component to the windows and are stronger than the hull itself. Additional features of the master include an electric fireplace below the 50” (127.00 cm) TV, a cedar-lined walk-in closet and a custom designed master head with a glass enclosed tub.

In my opinion, the 750 SL represents the best of the line from Neptunus and is spectacular inside and out. This is a yacht that is made for cruising with an emphasis on comfort throughout. She has exceptional lines and looks quite racy, even at anchor with her sweeping lines and gentle curves. We’ll have a full test video coming soon, but in the meantime, I hope you’ll enjoy this features video, and first look at the all new 750 SL from Neptunus. Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe.
