Today I wanted to discuss the scene between Don Michael Corleone and Moe Greene in The Godfather. The Corleone family want to buy Greene out, but Greene refuses and disrespects Michael. This leads Michael to having Greene killed. However, today I wanted to propose a theory that Michael always planned on killing Moe Greene, but just needed an excuse to do so, and Moe Greene getting angry gave him the excuse he wanted.
