North Carolina freshman point guard Elliot Cadeau lived up to his lofty expectations for the Tar Heels during the 2023-24 season. Cadeau was named to the ACC All-Rookie team after averaging 7.6 points and 4.1 assists, which was good enough for 8th-best in the ACC. Cadeau's comfort level seemed to rise late in the season when he looked to be more aggressive on the offensive end as the games became more and more important.
