Canon's Digital Rebel XTi (Kiss N, 400D) followed the Digital Rebel XT and provided some important upgrades to that camera. The XTi, with its 10-megapixel 1.6X-crop APS-C sensor and ability to use 32 gigabyte CF cards provides still photographers with ample megapixels and storage space. As a first digital camera, the XTi has a good feature set and remains easy to learn today. The most significant weakness in these is the CF card pins which, if bent, can render the camera unrepairable. So when replacing your CF cards, be mindful of the pins.
