Jack Grealish has had a stellar campaign this season, producing 7 goals and 12 assists in 23 games for his boyhood club. His insane performances have led to Aston Villa pushing for the Europa League places, and without him they look like a bottom half side. Grealish mainly plays as a left winger for Aston Villa and England but he can also be deployed behind a striker as an attacking midfielder, or be placed as a more attack minded central midfielder in a 433.
