What workouts can you do without equipment? Bodyweight! Lacking equipment is not a good excuse for lacking workout days. I promise you can burn some calories and get sore from solely doing bodyweight. This is a workout I learned before joining the Army and it can be done solo or with a group. It's called the Deck of Cards workout.
