In this video, we build out and mount all of the aluminum framing of ourcargo trailer cabinets in our DIY cargo trailer camper conversion. We assemble all the pieces, talk about tips for using 80/20 aluminum extrusion, and mount the final frames in the trailer.

As part of our journey to turn a 7x14 foot cargo trailer into a fully customized DIY camper / tiny home, we framed all of our cabinetry with 80/20 aluminum extrusion. It was a huge learning curve and hopefully this video will teach you everything you need to know about assembly.
