Tibet Is Disappearing… Now or Never!

Once a center of Buddhism, Tibet is undergoing a rapid change, with mines, large industrial facilities, and modern shops popping everywhere, while cultures thousands of years old are being assimilated. Wherever you look, you'll see Chinese flags, Chinese characters, and Chinese tourists, not to mention Chinese karaoke songs blaring over a tranquil holy lake.

Tibet is changing so quickly it is a completely different city from what I saw in a documentary last year.
