Fish recipe
Ingredients:

Marinate
katla fish
salt
turmeric
oil(refined oil)

First take fish wash it... then marinate it with salt and turmeric. keep it aside for 10 to 15 mins. then take a kadai heat the oil and fry the fish.

Gravy
Curd 2 tbsp
Mustard powder 1tbsp
Posto Or khaskhas paste 2 tsp
Onion (small size) 1
Tomato (1/2 from a small size tomato)
green chili 4
Mustard oil
salt
turmeric
kalonjee

Make a smooth paste with mustard and curd.. here I used sunrise mustard powder... and make paste of khaskhas too.

Heat oil put kalonjee... fry onion green chili tomato put salt turmeric.. then give a splash of water .. then give curd mustrad paste..fry it for a 30secs add khaskhas paste fry all for 1min...let the oil come... add water as much you want your gravy to be... put fish now... let it boil... fish gravy with mustard posto is ready. plz, try it...
