Information update:
I stated in the video that under the element bonus damage the 5 times per battle was redundant but that was a misunderstanding on my part.
So elemental damage can be triggered only 5 times per battle which means that you always want to have the strong troops as main and the same as boss for secondary.
I am still trying different things out to try to maximise the element potential but so far 3 hits for main and 2 for secondary is best I could do which is what the set up in this video is.
