[not in video because I don't use] Ammonia or smelling salts: people use them right before a heavy lift to trigger the release of adrenaline, which improves their alertness, focus, performance and potentially reduces lightheadedness and feelings of pain. There are side effects if you inhale large doses, so definitely don't use it regularly.

-Protein: Take only if you feel like you aren’t getting enough protein in your diet. Pick protein sources that aren't too sweet. But balance is the key; excess protein in your body is not good!
-Pre workout and caffeine: Can make you less tired and hype you up. Cycle use to avoid dependency. (also if you're really tired it's better to not work out and get more sleep!)
-Creatine: It’s naturally in muscle cells, and it increases the body's ability to produce energy rapidly, so it helps your muscles produce energy during heavy lifting or high-intensity exercises.
