I met up with my British Friend Anselm (Kumander Daot) in Iloilo City. Turns out, this is the place where Mang Inasal, a famous Filipino restaurant began! Known as the Philippines' Grill Expert for its Ihaw-Sarap, we visited the first ever Mang Inasal and definitely had Unli-SAYA! Chicken Inasal, Palabok, Pork BBQ, and Extra Creamy Halo-Halo... this video is our experience visiting the first and the 500th restaurants! Yup, There are more than 500 Mang Inasal all around the Philippines. Well known, and loved by Filipinos, they are a great place for foreign nationals to get a taste of Filipino food and Filipino culture!
