It’s a shame how the Playstation Vita finally got the recognition it deserved after it was discontinued. I guess it’s better late than never. Although I wasn’t there during the initial system launch I was there for the Vita’s second year. By then the writing was already on the wall but I remained hopeful and so did Sony. Killzone Mercenary hadn’t been released yet so there was a lot riding on that game to help turn the tide. It was a hit among fans of the series but unfortunately just wasn’t enough to bring in the casual gamer. What Sony really needed was a Grand Theft Auto kind of game. Years later someone in the community finally made that happen. Grand Theft Auto San Andres to be exact. It just goes to show how much of a fan base the PS Vita managed to accumulate over the years. Gamers are finally seeing the full potential of the PS Vita. My question is, why did you guys wait so long to buy one?!?!

The Playstation Vita is home to a bunch of great games, indie, Japanese titles, first party as well as third party. I hope this video helps in educating and perhaps even convincing you to pick up a Playstation Vita in the not too distant future :)
