Beta update for Tytera Flash Tool. Adds a few language options (more coming). You can now choose multiple firmware options (toolz, or travis main branch). Codeplug RDT type files can now be written using the tool. Progress bars function like they should now, as well as status labels..
expect another release soon, most likely for the 2017 beta.
