I daily drive my 1968 D100 and it was having trouble starting. Turns out it was probably just the ignition ballast resistor but I despise porcelain resistors anyhow and I have more GM spare parts around my place than Mopar parts so I decided to convert it all over. This is a great way to clean up the wiring and get more readily available parts. It took a couple hours to complete the project and I've put several hundred trouble free miles on since then.
