If you love Thai papaya salad, you will love this particular dish I found at a great Thai spot in Las Vegas. It's called "Som Tum Tart" or "Papaya Salad Platter". Aside from the papaya salad itself which you can get "Thai" or "Lao" style, you get a plethora of other side treats like pork jerky, pork sausage, hard boiled egg, Thai rice noodles and fresh vegetables all served up on a traditional Thai styled colorful platter. A pretty and delicious dish that brings me right back to the street food stalls of Thailand!
