Thousands of carved pumpkins are on display line the Minnesota Zoo walkways, and they'll only be out for a little over a month from the first week of October through the first week of November.

This immersive strolling exhibit features thousands of illuminated pumpkins creatively carved and displayed. Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is family friendly and welcome to all.

The walk to the entrance to the pumpkin trail takes about 10 minutes on varying terrain (about ¼ mile to the trail). The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular trail is an additional quarter mile and takes about 40 – 50 minutes to walk through the pumpkin display.

Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is one of a series of three shows that take place in other areas of the country. The pumpkins you see are real with the exception of the pumpkins mounted in the trees.
