In this video, I’ll walk you step by step through this painting of a rooster. If you’ve been watching my channel, you’ve no doubt noticed the change. Instead of teaching paintings that will get tossed aside, I want to show you how to create useful art decor that hardly takes any time or money. I’ll leave the previous tutorials in place, in case you want to watch them. But this new style is nice to use in your home, or to display in a booth. If you’re new to my channel, trust me, there’s more to come! I’ll be focusing on farmhouse and cottagecore style paintings.

THIS IS MY STORY 📕
I was born and raised in Tennessee. Being the youngest girl 👧🏻 of 8️⃣ siblings 🧑🏻👩🏻👩🏻🧑🏻👧🏻👧🏻👦🏻👦🏻 was an adventure, to say the least. Money 💰was scarce, clothes👚were hand-me-downs from my 3️⃣ older sisters 👩🏻👩🏻👧🏻, toys 🧸 were shared, and arguments 😤 were frequent. But there was always plenty of love 💗 for each of us, and I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. During high school 🏫 was when I developed a love ❤️ for art 🖼. My art teacher 👩‍🏫 was amazing, and took a special interest in my talent. She encouraged me to enter contests 🏆, and spent some one-on-one time ⏰ teaching me the extras. After high school 🏫 I didn’t waste any time 🕰 starting my own family. Further schooling didn’t appeal to me in the slightest, so an art degree never crossed my mind 🤔. Enjoying motherhood 👩🏻‍🍼 was my focus. I was blessed 😇 with 2️⃣ daughters 👧🏻👧🏻 who have given me 6️⃣ grandchildren 🧑🏻👩🏻👩🏻👧🏻👧🏻👶🏻. My husband 👨🏻‍🦳 and I are empty-nesters. I spend most of my time ⏰ sitting at my easel, doing what I love 💗. Aside from making YouTube tutorials, I also paint 🎨 commissioned portraits. God has truly blessed my life, and I am eternally thankful 🙏🏻
