SASTOJCI - INGREDIANTS
Baza - base
200 gr keksa- chocolate chip cookies
70 gr maslaca - melted butter
- 26 cm diameter mold

Krema - Cream
250 gr mascrponeaa - mascarpone cheese
250 gr philadelphiea - philadelphia cream cheese
250 gr milerama - full fat sour cream
175 gr abc sira- classic cream cheese
2 jaja
1 puding vanil - vanilla puding
180 gr secera - sugar
80 ml ulja - oil
150 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream
200 ml mlijeka - milk
Whisk until combined and add on base.
Bake at 150* - 50 min. No ventilator. Add one pot with water in the oven to prevent drying. And leave 10 more min after the oven is turned off.
Chill before adding glaze.

Glazura - glaze
100 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream
150 gr nugat namaza- nutella or other nougat spread
80 gr mlijecne cokolade - milk chocolate
Chill well before serving.
