HOW TO REPAIR THE IRON BOX

IMPORTANT IRON BOX PARTS:

*Power Guard
*Neon indicator
*Thermostat
*nichrome heating coil

Procedures:-

1 Step:- take your iron box remove the back side cover check the power guard with help of test lamp
Note:- Test lamp Continuity checking
If any Errors in power guard you have change power guard,

2 Step:-If no errors in power guard you have to check the thermostat in that thermostat we have two terminal with help test lamp using Continuity test. if the light in glow the thermostat is ok . but if the light not glow we have to rotate the thermostat after that the light can't glow mins we have to change thermostat.

3 Step:- the nichrome heating coil is the most important process in iron box nichrome wire produces heat energy with the help of electric energy to the nichrome wire. we have two terminal check the Continuity if the nichrome wire the repair you have change your iron box you can't repair your iron box

Note:- If the main think is nichrome wire most important part you can't buy nichrome wire.
