Tomato 6kg
Carrots 3kg
Hot pepper 1.5-2 kg
Garlic up to 300 gr.
Salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons each and black pepper.
Vegetable oil for frying 500 ml

We cook everything as in the video, wash the cans, steam sterilize, pour the caviar hot, immediately close it with sterile lids, leave it to cool in the room. The next day we put it in a cold place.
