It's been about 20 years since I last made these trees, mostly due to the difficulty in finding the different beads.

I first learnt how to make these in a little shop in Sungei Wang, Malaysia. Every time we would visit, I would get new supplies, which included the twisted tree branches, the leaves, and smaller beads to make the fruit and flowers.

Sadly they closed down years ago, hence why it has taken me this long to find and make them again.

It was great fun, but my hands were really sore and not used to the toughness of these new wires.
