Understanding the trade-offs in weight loss is key to staying on track and reaching your goals. In this video, I share how every choice—whether it’s about time, energy, money or enjoyment—comes with a cost. For example, while I’d love to make more delicious meals every day, I’m not willing to spend extra time cooking. Instead, I focus on simple, flavourful meals and pre-prepped ingredients to keep things simple and easy so I can spend time more time with my family.
