Rava - 2 cup
Egg - 2
Grated coconut - 1 handful
Salt
Sugar - ½ cup
Curd - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - ¾ tbsp
Milk - ¼ cup
Baking soda - ¼ tsp
Oil - to fry

Hi everyone, today I am posting a super easy snack recipe.

To prepare this sweet snack, first break 2 eggs into a mixing bowl and add half a cup of sugar into it.. if your sugar has larger granules, you can gently crush it in the mixer grinder and add it to the eggs and whisk. All the powdering that sugar is not necessary, make sure that it’s melted well and combined well with the eggs.

Once the eggs and sugar has combined well, add 2 cups of Rava, a cup of thick curd, a handful of grated coconut, a teaspoon of baking powder, ¾ tablespoon of vanilla essence, two pinches of salt and mix everything really well to combine.
Make sure that the baking powder and the salt is evenly spread in the batter.

Once everything is mixed well, at a quarter cup of boiled or raw milk and adjust the consistency of the batter which should be able to be poured into the oil.
After mixing the milk well, add a quarter tsp of baking soda and mix well.

With this, our batter is now ready and you can start frying the snack immediately and you need not rest better.

You can either directly pour the batter into the oil or you can use a piping bag. Here, I am making my own piping bag by using a Ziploc cover and filling the batter into it.. after filling the batter, squeeze it into one corner of the back and give a small cut on the corner and squeeze out in the oil.

Once the batter is in the piping bag, heat some oil in a pan and add the snack one by one by piping small circles into oil..
Make sure to leave the flame on the lowest possible so that the snack can cook through.
When the top of the snack looks a little set, start pouring hot oil on top of the snack with a spoon as shown in the video so that it doesn’t spread when you flip it.

Once they look golden on both the sides, remove it from the oil to a serving plate..
Make sure to fry them on a really low flame so that it can cook through and no better remains uncooked in the middle.
