Why hello, hope you enjoyed this tour of our new fixer upper! We're pumped to start working on this place and breathing some fresh life into it. It's a very livable space with a few much needed updates, but it's perfect for us. We didn't want to have to gut every room, and lucky for us, this house has new flooring already. While the carpet in the living room will most likely go eventually, the tile throughout the house is great and will not need to be removed. Stay tuned for the next one!
