Chicken broth brings back to life. Light and nice for all occasions.

Chicken soup that we always prepare for holidays and all family gatherings. A recipe you can't go wrong with.

INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
1 large potato
spices: salt, peppercorns, mixed spices, dry parsley
1 egg
sour cream 2 tbsp
flour 1/2 tbsp

RECIPE:
✅ Cut 500 g of chicken breast into small cubes. Prepare the vegetables.
✅ Fry the onion and carrot for 5 minutes, after which we will add the chicken and fry everything together for an additional 5 minutes. Salt and put 1 spoonful of vegetables
✅ Add potatoes and peppercorns and simmer for 5 minutes, all covered
✅ After these 5 minutes, we will add 2 liters of water and cook at medium temperature for 45 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, taste and add salt if necessary, add dry or fresh parsley and another spoonful of vegetables
✅ And here we would end up with a clear broth, it is ready to be served, and if you want a white broth, continue to the next step
✅ Put 1 egg, 2 spoons of sour cream in a bowl - mix. Add a little water from the broth and only half a spoonful of flour - mix everything well and add to the broth with constant stirring. Stir for 1 minute and the white soup is ready to serve
