Japchae means 잡 (雜) "mixed and stirred" + 채 (菜) "vegetables". Literally meaning "mixed vegetables," japchae is a simple dish made with transparent glass noodles and an assortment of toppings. Each ingredient is cooked separately for a cleaner taste.

500g Korean Glass Noodles
100g Shiitake(Dried)
3pcs(Large) Whole Egg
1 pc(Med) Carrots(Julienne)
100g Spinach
2 Stalk Leeks(Sliced)
1 1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Sesame Oil
3 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Garlic(Minced)
2 pcs(Med) Onion(Red/White)
1 pc(Med) Bell Pepper(Julienne)
