About this video :- In this video I discussed about a problem solving tool named as why-why analysis. By using this tool we can find the root cause of the problem. Root cause is the true cause or real reason of problem due to which the problem occurs and why-why analysis helps us to find root cause. In 5 why analysis or why-why analysis we simply ask why 5 times generally. First why is the problem statement we simply ask first question by simply adding why to problem's statement. When we find answer of first why question it becomes the basis of second why and so on until we wouldn't reach the root cause of problem.
