WCA Partner Lloyd Edwards is founder of Raggy Charters a WCA Certified Responsible Whale Watching Operator. Lloyd has been a brilliant ambassador for the WCA over the years and has most recently been coordinating a pioneering international whale festival route along the East Coast of Africa!
