热水60-70毫升 / 1/4杯+
馅料:椰糖 120-150克
外层裹料:椰丝120-200克 + 1/4茶匙盐 【蒸5分钟/微波炉20秒】

25g tapioca flour
Oil 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
60ml/1/4 cup hot water
Purple sweet potato ingredients
Mashed potato 50g
Glutinous rice flour 90g

Oil 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
60-70ml hot water / 1/4 cup+
Filling: 120-150g coconut sugar
Outer coating: 120-200g shredded coconut + 1/4 teaspoon salt [Steam for 5 minutes/microwave for 20 seconds]
