🔴 pasta ingredients:
500g minced meat
500g of spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil or oil
1 large onion cut into cubes
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 small bell pepper cut into cubes
2 very ripe tomatoes cut into cubes
2 packets of tomato sauce (340g each)
½ cup of water (120 ml)
2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of allspice
2 tablespoons chimichurri
1 teaspoon salt (sauce)
2 teaspoons salt (pasta)
50g grated provolone cheese
