Welcome to Veggies and Cheese!

I will be participating in Veganuary for the next two weeks and I thought I would document my little Vegan journey here!

I already have an Instagram page @veggies_and_cheese where I have posted some of the meals I've cooked last year!

I've been vegetarian for 10 months so far, so I'm trying out Veganuary to see how much I miss cheese haha.

But no, I just love animals. And if I'm able to find alternatives that make me as happy as halloumi does, then why not!

I'm looking forward to this animal free journey, and I hope you will too!
