Hello rebellious cooks, in this video I show you how to prepare a brioche, this pastry, with a raised and fairly airy dough, containing butter and eggs. A delight to share with your loved ones. Bon appetite 😋

INGREDIENTS for 1 brioche
FOR SPONGE
1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
4 g (1 teaspoon) active dry yeast
1/4 cup (60 g) milk, warm

FOR PASTE
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
100 g softened butter

TO GOLD THE BRIOCHE
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of water
salt, for sprinkling
