The weather is starting to get colder now. It's time to plant winter vegetables. We also plant winter vegetables in a corner of our garden. So what are these vegetables? Vegetables such as parsley, beet, arugula, cress radish, broad beans, carrots, buroccoli, spinach, lettuce, leeks... etc. The planting time for these in our regions is around mid-August. Vegetables can be harvested after two to two and a half months. Of these, cress and arugula are harvested early. Others have slightly different harvest times. When we plant them early, they start to produce seeds quickly. So, it is necessary to adjust the planting time well in hot weather. Carrots are also one of our winter vegetables. This can also be planted around mid-August.
