Judas Priest's Jugulator became the first band's studio album released with Tim "Ripper" Owens after Rob Halford left the band shortly after release of Painkiller. And while it was received extremely well by some Judas Priest fans, it was strongly disliked by others, and I believe not really because of Tim "Ripper" Owens. And so let's take a look at some of the lesser known facts about Judas Priest's thirteenth studio album Jugulator and hopefully answer the question of whether it actually is that bad.
