Ingredients used:
Essential Oils (Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, etc.)
Tinctures (For added benefits)
Distilled or Filtered Water
Witch Hazel or Unscented Dish Soap

Prepare Your Spray Bottle:
Start with a clean, empty spray bottle. Glass or metal bottles are recommended, especially if you are using essential oils, as they can degrade plastic over time.
Add Distilled Water:

Fill the spray bottle about ¾ full with distilled water. Using distilled water helps prevent any impurities or bacteria from contaminating your spray.
Add Witch Hazel or Unscented Dish Soap:

Add 1-2 tsp of witch hazel or 2 drops of soap to the bottle. This helps the essential oils mix with the water and acts as a natural preservative.
Choose Your Essential Oils:

Select your favorite essential oils. Common choices include lavender for relaxation, rose for the heart, and lemon for an uplifting scent.

Add 10 -15 drops of essential oil in total. You can mix different oils to create your own unique blend.

Optional: Add Tinctures:
If you have any herbal tinctures, you can add a few teaspoons to your spray for added benefits. For example, you can add a teaspoon of hawthorn tincture for its heart-opening properties.
Mix the Ingredients:

Secure the spray bottle cap and shake well to combine all ingredients. Shake the bottle before each use to ensure the essential oils are evenly distributed.
