In my last video a lot of people were asking why I didn't just remove the blade guard to resolve the riving knife alignment problems on the DeWalt DW745 table saw. Unfortunately even with the blade guard removed the riving knife was still out of alignment. I've only just had time to look in to this and couldn't find any way of adjusting the alignment... until now! Please note that I don't particularly recommend this as a fix as I don't know how much it's weakened the riving knife - it seems OK. Obviously this is a bit of a last resort - stay safe folks!
