Welcome to Japan! We're kicking off our new series in partnership with JAPAN RAILWAYS GROUP where we will be using the 7 day JAPAN RAIL PASS to travel to 6 cities and eat 6 bowls of noodles across Japan! In episode 1 of our 2 part series we head to the town of Fujinomiya to sample the famous yakisoba. A quick train ride gets us to our second stop, Nagoya. Here we devour a rich bowl of miso nikomi udon. Finally it's back to the big city of Tokyo to try my hand at making soba noodles from scratch!
