It has always been the will of God to Impart Himself into those who Love Him. In The Messiah's prayer in John 17:22-23 He said
And the Glory you have given to me I have given to them, that they ma be one even as we are one. That's the Spiritual Impartation. Then next verse Messiah said "I in Them and You in Me that they may be made Perfect in One". That is the Spiritual Impartation again. "Giving us the ability to Create Miracles"
