#POLAR #HEARTRATESENSOR

The Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate sensor that measures your heart rate from your arm or forearm and allows you to pair it to a sport watch, a device like the peloton bike for example or an app like Zwift to see your heart rate in real time.
It also has the ability to record your workout in its internal memory and you can download and view it using the Polar Flow app at a later time.
